HISTORY
GTSN, founded in 2007, is a privately held, secure medical cost management organization based in Nashville, TN. We offer a National Dialysis Network℠, a Specialty Pharmacy Network (GTRx Specialty Pharmacy Network℠) and General Medical Cost Management solutions.
In 2017 we celebrated 10 years of serving large and small clients in all 50 states. During that time we saved our clients over $80,000,000 on high cost/high repetition medical claims with no patient balance billing, no provider push back on payments and no payment lawsuits through GTSN networks. Our focus remains providing long term secure cost management and a concierge touch to everything we do.
GTSN started as a National Dialysis Network℠. At the request of clients seeking secure cost management in other areas we added our Specialty Pharmacy/Cancer Program in 2011. In 2016 we answered the call of our clients for assistance with all types of medical cases with a partnership solution we call General Medical Cost Management solutions. Fall of 2017 the next evolution of our Specialty Pharmacy program launched with GTRx Specialty Pharmacy Network℠ impacting medical spend pharmacy cases through individual negotiation or via clients writing GTRx into their plan as the Specialty Pharmacy Network.

CLIENTS
GTSN considers both payors and providers our clients. We work with some of the largest healthcare providers in the US (DaVita, Fresenius, Cancer Treatment Centers of America, US Oncology and many more) as well as regional and single provider locations. GTSN networks have secure provider contracts and long term relationships that generate preferred rates nationally always backed with provider sign-off.
Our payor clients include the leading stop loss and reinsurance carriers, self-funded group health plans, unions, health & welfare funds, Native American Indian tribes, TPA’s and benefits administrators, consultants, brokers, case managers and health plans across the US.
